    The fitness center is amazing! The staff were super friendly and made our stay enjoyable, especially since we were traveling with our grown kids.

    My wife says that the breakfast didn't have enough options for our taste. A better variety would have made mornings more pleasant for families.

    The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of tasty options, and the rooftop garden provided a great spot to unwind after a busy day. I loved the outdoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxation.     The room was spacious with quiet street views and had a comfy bed. There were great amenities like a minibar, complimentary toiletries, and a shower with a bathtub.     Family with children summer getaway

    The building connects to the MBK mall which is a game changer for shopping, and the kids loved the huge pool area. We got a ton of fresh tropical fruits in our room, thanks to the wonderful housekeeper who took care of us, she even left extra towels.

    It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable.

    I spent 5 nights in a Deluxe Classic Twin Room, and I loved every moment. The hotel is perfectly located with direct access to MBK Mall and excellent connections to other shopping areas via the Skywalk, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I would say the only downside was the noise from the bustling area outside, which could be bothersome at times.

    The water pressure in the shower could be improved. it leaves you feeling like you’re just rinsing off instead of really getting clean. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during hot spells, which detracted from my overall comfort. Also, in the Grand Deluxe Corner setup, the TV's placement blocks that incredible corner view, making it feel a bit silly to have such a great sight obstructed by a screen. Traffic congestion around the hotel’s main entrance created frustrating delays, wasting time waiting for our vehicle.
